Find a flat glass marble (or two, or three), like the ones used to add sparkle to fishbowls. Place it inside your diaper where you'll be able to feel its hard smoothness against something sensitive.
Using colorful acrylic or tempera paint, label the inside of your diaper (or other undergarment) with words that describe you. Perhaps "incontinent," "naughty," or "owned" would be appropriate? Put the diaper on while the words are still wet. When you take it off, get a picture of yourself in the mirror before you wash. #body writing
