A good girl needs to be able to be flexible and the best way to start that is with a simple neck roll. This is so simple that even the very beginning Sissy can do it on day one and you should always start your workout with this simple warmup.

Position your feet just wider than hips.  Arch your back to show off your chest, and thrust your ass out.

Open your mouth and let your tongue rest just outside of your mouth along your lower lip.

In a clockwise circular motion, tuck your chin toward breasts, then very slowly roll your head to the right, then back, then left and then back to your chest.

As you return to the front position, cross your eyes and open them for a moment as you envision yourself as the perfect, sexy, brainless bimbo that you are.
