Get some children's modeling clay (or make some; there are several recipes for faux play dough which is more natural and probably better suited to being near your naughty bits). Sit down with the diaper or panties you'll wear today and use at least a good-sized handful of the clay to sculpt some embarrassing lumps and squashy bumps into the underwear. Make it as uneven as you can so it looks more like a dense poo from the outside. The more dramatic you make the "terrain," the more likelihood you have of odd, interesting sensations (and perhaps squishy bubbles) rather than just the feeling of an unusually dense mess under your bottom. Maybe you should sculpt a little doll to go in, too, or the initial of someone who would like to control you! If anyone sees the shape of your underwear, they'll think you had an accident -- and imagine the texture change if you actually do!
